"I use this slow, basic and inefficient app to turn my alarm on when I'm not home. Had I been told me they'd be charging for such basic functionality, I'd have gone another route. Citing Azure costs is BS, I don't have cameras therfore I use zero storage. Working in one of the bigger SAAS providers for years I know the cost of this miniscule traffic. Even camera providers such YI know to differentiate between different tiers. Pure Greed. I will replace this system at the earliest convenience"

"Installer updated security panel and keypad after 6 months of issues! Seems Risco gave him an old panel with firmware not updated.....causing constant problems. Hopefully that has now been resolved ??? with new kit. However my App will not work as the PIN is different on new unit, phone still thinks it's the previous unit -Samsung S21 Ultra. I've tried wiping app cache, uninstall & reinstall app, remove Samsung pass credentials, disable Google pw. Need to fix & update the app your end Risco!!!!"

"2020: When will integration with Google assistant or Alexa be available? It's a pain having to use this app separately from arlo and other devices controlled by Google assistant. Agility 3 system in New Zealand. 2021: Any updates on this in 2021? Thanks for the reply saying you have no intention of doing this and higher priorities than working with Google assistant or Alexa. I'm shocked. Home automation should be no.1 priority. I won't choose your product again as other options can. 2022 update?"

"Now impossible to enter credentials, will not clear fields. Cleared storage, cache, re installed etc. Truly frustrating Its a painfully basic offering, nice as a free app, or perhaps for £2 a year, but jumping to £20 a year (should be lifetime) is really a farce. It alerts you if there's an alarm, you can arm/disarm, it shows you if the detectors are active...thats it for £20 a year. For 15 a year tomtom go unlocks all features and is a premium navigation app."
